When you subscribe, we collect:

• Your name and email address (provided during Stripe checkout)
• Stripe customer ID and subscription ID (for managing your subscription)
• Your IP address (for session management and access security)
• Dashboard access timestamps (to monitor service usage)

We do not collect any information about the bets you place, your bookmaker accounts, or your gambling activity.

Name and email: to manage your subscription and send you dashboard access links and scan alert emails. Legal basis: contract performance.

Stripe IDs: to link your payment to your dashboard access and handle cancellations. Legal basis: contract performance.

IP address and access timestamps: to enforce single-session access and prevent account sharing. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We only receive confirmation that payment was successful, along with your name and email.

We send you:

• A welcome email with your dashboard access link when you subscribe
• Scan alert emails on matchdays with the latest picks (you can request to stop receiving these by emailing support)
• Service announcements if there are material changes to the product or terms

We use Resend as our email delivery provider. We do not send marketing emails to non-subscribers or sell your email address to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties except:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)

Both are necessary for the service to function.

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. After that, your personal data is deleted from our systems. Anonymised, aggregated usage data (e.g. total subscriber count) may be retained indefinitely.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

The MATHed Betting dashboard uses URL-based token authentication, not cookies. We do not set tracking cookies or use analytics cookies. If this changes in future, this policy will be updated and a cookie consent mechanism will be implemented.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Subscribers will be notified by email of material changes. The latest version will always be available at mathedbetting.co.uk/privacy.
